Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email 15650570201@163.com before sending anything back. Approved returns must be sent to: AFA Model Warehouse, No. 108 Wangsha Road, Xiazhuang Subdistrict, Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong 266107, China. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exceptions

Customized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
